The other night for dinner, we made one of our faves, pita pizzas! Everyone in my family loves to have these. On this night, the menu was BBQ Chicken Pizza and Alfredo Chicken Pizza. My personal favorite is BBQ Chicken. So good! It's not quite up there with California Pizza Kitchen's BBQ chicken pizza, but it's a close second. Ha! Ha! :) We have been making pita pizzas for a long time now. I usually have a "pizza bar" set up so everyone can make theirs just how they like. Although, on this night I just kept it really simple and made 2 kinds of our little pizzas. The kids especially like being little chefs and creating their own. My "pizza bar" usually includes: pepperoni, chicken, Canadian bacon, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, marinara, alfredo, bbq sauce, olives,sometimes onion and, of course, whole pita rounds. These are fun to do for parties or when you have guests over too. They are simple and delicious!
